Mark Weeda
CO-OWNER
Mark has over 13 years of corporate I.T. experience. Ranging from management, project management, budgeting, and systems engineering and administration. Mark has successfully supported government county networks, bank datacenters, chiropractic offices, non-profit businesses, and many other small businesses in areas such as: Sarpy County Courthouse, Police Departments, other county buildings in Papillion, NE, Points West Community Bank’s Data Center in Sidney, NE. Most recently, Mark managed the I.T. Department for Golden West Technologies in Rapid City, SD before pursuing his dream of running a successful MSP business.
Shawn Palmer
CO-OWNER
Shawn was brought on as a business partner at the end of 2020. He has spent the last 10 years working in the finance industry. He brings a lot of business experience and is a team player in working together to solve problems. With his transition to Rapid Tech Works, LLC, Shawn has taken on the role as the Network Engineer. He has successfully designed, implemented, and supported networks ranging from large to small businesses. Along with networking, Shawn finds a passion in automation. Finding solutions for mundane day-to-day tasks and putting the machines to work to solve the problem instead.
